We purchased 4 new Toyotas from Sierra Toyota. in the last 10 years We were not satisfied with the trade in value of our 2021 RAV4 TRD which was is in excellent condition. We had a Kelly Blue value and other values from different reviewers of cars. They would not give us the value of our vehicle. We would highly recommend the service department at Sierra Toyota. Great service and they do any excellent work.

On a random Wednesday I walked in to see if a deal could be done! The salesman Jeff helped me every step of the way to get the deal done. Caleb was a very good salesman’s. From a customer’s prospective he could have fought a bit harder for deals for me, but as a former car salesman and from a dealership prospective he did well. To say I was disappointed with receiving used items after purchasing one of the most expensive vehicles on the lot, is an understatement. I feel like with a purchase like I made I would have interacted with more than just the salesperson. I knew what I wanted, dealership had it, and I bought it. I think dealership knew that and I received less than expected or less than previous experience with other dealerships customer service/interactions with dealership management/supervisors.

Purchasing a vehicle at Sierra Toyota was a very pleasant experience. They had the exact vehicle we were looking for, even the color! And, it was Gold Certified too. We found it online and called Sierra. Eric answered the phone and looked for it on the lot. He found it and put a hold on it, until we could get there in about 1 1/2 hours. Eric was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered our questions thoroughly, helping us to make our decision to purchase this low mileage 2023 RAV4 hybrid XLE. We did not feel any pressure from Eric to buy this. Our previous car was a Camry. We love Toyota's reliability! We are both very pleased with our purchase. It is really good to know that there is a reputable Toyota dealership in Cochise County that strives for excellence.
