I have to say that all employees I have interacted with are friendly at this dealership. I took my car for an alignment since I just put new tires on it. I had it aligned last month at Precision Toyota but the car was pulling to one side. I was told that my car needed a camber bolt kit and the cost was $292!!! I declined the service went to the parts store and purchased the bolts for $35. I took the car down to Mexico to an alignment shop, turns out my car didn't need the camber bolts. My car is perfectly aligned for $22. I would have done the alignment at the dealership but the cost was very unreasonable.

Had my best car buying experience at Sierra Toyota. The Salesman Jeff Bennet made everything quick and easy. They did not play any car dealer games with me. FYI I drove all the way from Odessa, Tx get my Landcrusier. I will give them 10 Stars

Caleb was a great help !! He went out of his way to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable. He was very patient and never once pressured us to make the sale !! Caleb is an asset to the dealership and will do well . Everyone else was very helpful to.

I bought my first car with Eric back in 2023 and then this year I traded in for a gr86. Eric’s lhelp and service has been second to none. Also this dealer is the best one in sierra vista . Honest prices and great costumer service. Will definitely going back if I ever buy a car in the future.
