The staff at Sierra Toyota were exceptional polite, courteous, and knowledgeable when it came time to purchase our 2020 4Runner. Both Mannesa and Eric were able to answer all of our questions about the 4 Runner. Before we left the dealership they made sure that they gave us thier phone numbers in case we needed them. Just knowing that we have two contacts made us feel better before driving off Sierra Toyota's car lot.

Manessa went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my vehicle. I had pre-approved financing for purchasing the vehicle at my bank, but there was a problem with the paperwork and she drove me to the bank. Once there, the bank was experiencing phone and computer problems. She waited almost an hour until everything was resolved. She also offered warranties and insurance without any pressure. I commend her on her dedication and customer service. A true asset to the company!

Had a great experience with buying our 26 Sienna. Ryn made the process seamless, and was honest and upfront from start to finish. We drove down from Phoenix as we were getting outrageous OTD quotes from local dealerships and kept getting the typical runaround. Sierra Toyota was straight forward and easy to work with and answered all of my questions during the purchasing process. On the day we picked up our van, we ran late but Ryn and company had us out of there in less than 2.5 hours which is unheard of! We are really impressed with the level of service we got here and will definitely be returning customers. Thank you for making this a wonderful process for us!
