We live in Tucson and they held the car we were interested in seeing until we could get out to look at it. They were so efficient with paperwork in buying the car and were excellent with the hassle free price.

By far the best experience ive ever had at a dealership. And Ruth is absolutely amazing. Love that lady. Helpful , friendly and very personable. You almost felt like she was a friend that you knew forever. I lived 3 hours away and i definitely would go back for that experience again.

I believe over the past 25 years either myself, parents or friends has purchased a total of 6 vehicles from Sierra Toyota. When I speak to people concerning the service department or sales person I speak in the most complementary and appreciative manner. Before my wife and I purchased this last vehicle I had been telling her about my history with Sierra Toyota because it’s been about 12 years or more since stepping foot into the dealership. Working with Ruth over the phone and in person is a pleasure and she made my wife feel right at home. Ruth has a customer or customers for life.

While Steven was not pushy, he managed to convince me that I needed to buy the Camry today, rather than wait until I could pay cash in 2 to 5 days. The car that my wife and I took home had only one working key fob which we didn't realize until the following day. When we talked to Steven on the phone, he told me to check the battery which I did and that didn't help so we came back in and after an hour or so, were told the fob was bad and they would have to order another one. We bought the car on 02/27. It is now 03/12 and we still only have one key. I also told them on 02/27 that I wanted to pay outright for the car and not finance it. On 03/01, when I came in to get the key fob fixed or replaced, I tried to give them a check for the balance and was told they would not accept the check because they were not a bank. I asked who had the loan and they said they didn't know who it was sold to. They said I would get that information in the mail soon. Yesterday, I received some information from Toyota Financial Services and using the information and the Internet, I was able to find them, and establish an account and today, 03/12, will pay the balance off including around $150.00 interest. While I suspect I was somewhat gullible, I feel I was taken advantage of and suggest that none of my friends ever do business with Sierra Toyota. I am still waiting for a key fob for my wife.

They were very helpful in a very long and drawn out process. Shipment from the factory was the problem. Toyota needs to work on that issue.
