I just bought a new Corolla. Jeff and Julie and the rest of the team were great! They worked extra hard to have the car ready for me to come in on a Saturday only one day after it arrived in stock due to my work schedule. Julie took extra time to shop and reshop financing for me to make sure I was getting the best possible rate. Pricing was transparent and they honored a previous written quote. Maybe a little bit disappointed with the trade-in, but it is what it is with old cars. The entire experience was low-key and way less stressful than I had braced myself for. Jeff took time to help me with all the new features on the car and answered all my questions. This is the only dealer I will deal with in this corrupt town as it is not owned by the monopoly that owns every other dealer here. Erick was as good a salesman as I can remember. A teacher he is not as good and Toyota corporation won't offer anything more than the owners manual as far as this book in concerned I feel it is like everything sent to the U,S, it goes through Mexico to interpret the Japanese language to Englich. this

My family and I went there to test drive a grand highlander we had done our research and knew what where our needs vs wants with the vehicle but hadnt drove one yet. To our surprise they did have one on the lot. We test drove with Ruth and after learning this was the suv we wanted with everything we where wanting/needing we bought it. Ruth answered every question we had and never tried to upsell things we didnt need. She was very nice and even gave my kids some toys and coloring books, its a long process and all. I highly recommend Ruth and will to anyone in need of a vehicle.

Jeff is so low key. He is such an asset to Sierra Toyota as he delivers such a nice, calm demeanor with no pressure. He knows when to walk away to allow private discussions and how to get you in and out with a new car by being prepared to get you hooked up to your car's fancy stuff!
